"We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard. "We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."

"Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."

"This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!"

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.
