"Didnt use gym,WiFi very stable. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Beautiful building,solid feeling,quiet and peaceful. Had a couple of drinks in the bar and that was a relaxing area(loved the jazz music)"
"I was very impressed with the greeting I had when I arrived at the hotel. The member of staff (Josh if I recall correctly) was genuinely friendly both when I arrived and when I checked out. Other staff were also courteous and helpful which made the stay pleasant. "

"Pleasant and friendly staff. Right in the city centre, very convenient to explore the city. Property itself is clean, comfortable. The noise from Rock City is unavoidable as it’s literally next door but it’s not bothersome as some reviewers described, it gives an atmosphere/ vibe to the property being bang on in the city centre"

"From the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...
"Very clean accommodation we did not mind continental breakfast plenty of tea coffee ect if needed. The room was very clean and a good wifi service if needed. Close to all amenities if needed. A special thank you to the housekeeper who was very professional and very helpful. We would stay again"
