"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Very good i like the pool"

"Room was good overall. Restroom was tiny and underwhelming to be honest. Also had a minor issue with the towel heater which would not turn off by using the switch. Staff was helpful on mitigating the issue promptly (turned it off the remainder of our stay). But would have been better if the fixture worked as intended from the start avoiding inconveniences"

"This hotel was ok. Nothing special about it. Simple room, 2 double beds. It was walkable to train station for underground and Eurostar, about a 10-15 min walk. Some nice restaurants closer to station. It was a little dark for a hotel and staff was ok, not particularly friendly but ok to get by. Probably won’t stay here again, nothing really bad but nothing really great."

"For what was described and costing more for a superior room was not worth it. The noise from the side streets from the nightclubs and then the early deliveries was appalling."

"The staff at The Rubens were wonderful, especially the doormen! We had the pleasure of meeting two lovely gentlemen during our stay, but Robert truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and kind to everyone who walked through the doors. His welcoming personality made every entrance and exit feel special. He truly is a gem and such an asset to the hotel!"
