"I was unprepared for the location to be within a residential housing complex. I had imagined a country retreat. The venue itself was fine but we had an unfortunate experience in that the extreme weather meant our room was ridiculously hot. The lovely maintenance men got us an extra fan but unfortunately it just moved the air round rather than cool the room. That’s when it got difficult as we asked to Cxl the second night stay but we were refused a refund stating they can’t control the...

"Possibly the best bed I've had in a hotel. Gym & pool were very well maintained, breakfast was excellent. We had a room with a balcony and the room itself was huge. No complaints, would stay again."

"We paid for a room with air conditioning and it did not function, we asked for another room nothing available, had to sleep the night in a stuffy not room, not even a fan available. Never again"

"Be sure to talk to the staff as they are extremely helpful and will try to understand what you want and need. Make use of the pool and the facilities and do roam around the beautiful garden. Hotel it is in an excellent spot close to the beach and a wonderful hike in the hills and the classical garden nearby."
