"Arrived to check into our rooms at almost 1am to find out the hotel cancelled them without notice. Terrible customer service."

"My stay at this property was very disappointing. The breakfast was not fresh and they were out of basic items like utensils and syrup cups. The staff was rude and came across as condescending during interactions. The entire hotel had a strong smell of marijuana, which made the environment uncomfortable. When I tried to check in, their system was down and they asked me to go get cash instead, which felt unprofessional and inconvenient. The parking situation was also concerning. The lot was crowded with people hanging around, smoking and drinking throughout the night. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car and had to check on it multiple times until around 4 am. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others."

"The BEST hotel experience. My husband and I lived in Greenville years ago and decided to visit. From the very minute you pull up until you leave, it’s an excellent experience. "

"The property is not taken care of and several things were broken or missing- no drain in the shower, mismatched curtains, odor in room, etc. The man at the front counter didn’t know what a cot or rollaway bed is. "

"Pool was closed no water. Food for breakfast was terrible even at 7 am when breakfast started. Shower was disgusting soap left in the tub soap scum all over tub had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves, tooth paste build up on mirror in bathroom used q tips on floor next to beds staff was rude and unprofessional. Over all terrible experience stains on sheets she's had marker all over them looked dirty."
