The front desk certainly goes out of their way to accomodate you into a room that is comfortable. Initially, we walked into a room where the smoke alarm was making a chirping noise ever few minutes. The front desk more than happily assigned us to an alternate room. From there, the only issue that really existed was that it looked like the tub in the bathroom had a stain impregnated within the fiberglass of it. I don't think it was "wrong" per se, but it made it look like a defect. Overall, this is a 2.9 star hotel doing its very best to remodel itself closely to a 4 or 5 star hotel. For that effort, I give it a 5 star review. The front desk really did do a great job, and I'd recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Granted, you get what you pay for, and if you're wanting 4 to 5 star quality, this may not be it, but it's not because they don't try to accomodate you as best they can. It's a solid option to put your head down at night and to take a shower. Good in that they are dog friendly too.

The room was clean, parking was safe, the hotel was in a remote area so it felt safe. My only complaints were that the refrigerator was noisy so it kept waking me up. There was no "do not disturb" sign available so the maid woke us up knocking loudly on our door at 10:30 am after we had a long drive and got to the hotel at 3 am. I like that pets stay free.

Lock on my room was broken and they used duct tape to hold it together, holes in the curtains, cigarette burns in blanket, stains on ceiling, gaps in door. This was the wirst motel I have ever seen. They also over charged me claiming my Expedia charges were not correct. Above me there was 10 people sharing two rooms parting all night and throwing trash over the railing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
