"Hello, I would like to report some issues with my room. The temperature in the room is extremely hot and uncomfortable, and there does not seem to be a proper way to cool it down.
Also, the toilet seat/height is unusually high and uncomfortable to use. In addition, the bathroom floor is very dirty and does not appear to have been cleaned properly."
"Very spacious and clean room/bathroom, delicious breakfast with so many different fruit options; also beautiful surroundings and is very convenient whether for gas, dinner and groceries!!"
"The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet in the morning was also excellent.
The hotel itself is a bit secluded which I enjoyed, and the closest town, Selfoss, is about 15-20min drive so be mindful of that if you prefer to be somewhere that’s walkable to Selfoss. Overall it’s a great location. Very scenic and easy access to the Golden Circle and South Coast, and just 1-hour outside of Reykjavik if you want to visit the city."
"Overall a nice property. Breakfast was good. Has a hot tub as well which was nice. Horses were beautiful to wake up to and the option to the riding there is great. An older property though and the front desk staff could be more personable."
"The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurants on site are a bonus. Great atmosphere and location."
"Anna baked cookies and cake and they were warm and waiting in the office. She also brought fresh lettuce from her garden. We loved the hot tub. It’s a picturesque property, with a waterfall right behind."
