Of course, they barely speak English. You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment. Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd...

"Thank you so much for an incredible stay! The pool and hot tub right out front gave us such a unique and relaxing experience, and we loved having the BBQ grill to enjoy evenings outside. Plenty of great parking, super quiet, and felt completely safe the entire time. Your team was wonderful – we can’t wait to come back!"

"We really enjoyed staying at Karsten Maricopa! We will be back! Pros: easy check in, very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, fast internet, quiet and safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, nice backyard with pool to sit in the sun. Cons: shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced, lights in the main bathroom flicker and one light bulb is out "

"This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal...
