"Horrible they charged me 100 dollars extra at property for a “deposit” that they never refunded (I left the room in great condition and walked the key in the morning and handed it to the lady at front desk). Horrible experience very sketchy and unsafe area! Still waiting on my refund 2 months later from my stay."

"The property itself looks good but the issues had where some areas in the room with paint lifting and looked very bad water damage. even on ceilings. Laundry facility is only 1 washer and 1 dryer need to have more for the amount of guests staying there. The breakfast is goof just wish had more fruits and possible bagels."

"Hi My check inn day waa April 5th, it was a man working at the front desk that I'm not happy with. Despite the hotel policy check in at 3 p.m. in many places hotels reps give an exception to check in earlier if rooms are available, but that guy didn't help, so I had to walk outside for 2,5 hours. I don't think it's fare!! "

"What can I say about our stay at the Kennedy…well, It’s as if whoever was responsible for dreaming it up/designing and managing it said “Hmm, what if we just did our absolute best with every single detail of this hotel?” From the incredible aesthetic, vintage boutique HIGH END VIBES, to the heated CLEAN pool, the free arcade, and the impressive hot breakfast, we absolutely loved it. Our kids said it was the best hotel they had ever stayed at. And being affordable meant the world to us, as a lower income family who can’t spend extra money on luxury.
