This time it was heavily soiled/stained towels, large area of carpet that appeared to be replaced but was just failing the "let's make it look nice" test and the toilet had the "ive been cleaned" wrapper on it but i wiped away very visible dirt on the toilet seat. Staff is nice but that can't make up for the lack of care of the room that their guests...
