"There was handy man working on the floor below.... when we walk to the car saw screws n nails on the ground. The refrigerator leaking water on the floor...it was ok place"

"The rooms need some updates. There is mold in the room and the door has too much light that comes through, not flush. Can hear every little peep above, on each side of the room, and when people walk by. Floors coming up."
