The room and bathrooms were very clean, but the hallway carpets have stains and are a bit run down. There are only 2 small elevators for the guests, so it takes time to go up and down the building.

Karol at reception was excellent and really made our stay exceeding expectations. My partner was sick and Karol was most helpful. Surprisingly restaurant had good food and wait staff were friendly and helpful given staff shortages

MORE importantly, this hotel exemplifies superior customer service! Staff sre warm, friendly, snd go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The on-site restaurant offersa deliciois buffet breakfast, all-day food, and evening meals. There is a direct line to the local taxi company. A multitide of shopping opportunites and assortedrestaurants of every type are within easy walking distance. The manager, Warren, and his well-trained staff are ready to assist in any way. Confortable, spacious rooms and great beds ensure a terrific night's sleep. 10 out of 10!

A bit noisy with traffic but overall a nice stay. Staff are friendly, the room was very clean, and the property is extremely close to the cruise ships. Overall: would recommend.

Room was very comfortable and clean. When they say check in is at 3pm they mean it. We were awake and traveling for just about 24hrs. Zombified brains and we couldn’t get in our room till 3pm.

Great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I had a upgraded of my room as half of the electricity plugs in the room are not working. Cleaning level need to improve, there was dirt on the towel.
