"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean throughout our stay. We had an issue caused by Expedia, but the hotel team was able to resolve it quickly, especially after Expedia customer service was not helpful at all. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. However, the bed was not very comfortable, and the room layout wasn’t very practical for a family traveling with a young child. Overall, a good stay thanks to the staff and location, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and family-friendly design."

"A well-located hotel with a basic lobby and reception area, but very clean and attractive rooms. Mine included a washer and dryer—not particularly efficient, but functional. It did not have a restaurant serving full meals—only bread and coffee—but it is located near a shopping center with a wide variety of dining options."

The room has great view and is bright and comfortable. It exceeds my expectations for the price I paid for. I ‘d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have quick access to the Bund and Yu Garden."
