My reservation indicated free valet parking and when I was accidentally charged, they refunded me right away. Room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. ..."

"A few of the staff at the front desk are abrasive and lack communication skills. There are no windows in the rooms, which can be opened if you want some fresh air and if you order food from the restaurant downstairs, you have to carry it up to your room yourself."
