"The staff right from check in were incredibly warm and friendly, and stayed that way throughout our stay. I know they are working on a complete overhaul of the property so things weren't exactly 100% during our stay but that was fine. We had an issue a couple of nights with loud neighbors keeping us awake but both times the front desk shut it down quickly with no issues."
"Our room was newly renovated and very nice. The lobby area was a little chaotic as renovations were being built over night. All was cleaned away before breakfast and no paint smell. The breakfast bar was one of the best. Lots of fresh fruit. The breakfast bar attendant, Denise , was at the top of her game. If road noise bothers you, try to get a room away from the road .Not walking friendly. You "

"I always love staying at Aloft properties. The staff are consistently helpful, friendly and kind. I do wish the kitchen was open later than 10am but there are many options for food in the area. If you are dropping a kid at college, there is no better place to stay. You can mail packages here, there is every store available in Framingham, and there is easy parking by the hotel. Great hotel, great location."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. I forgot my pillow and Vick and the staff helped locate it. They held on to it till I was able to pick it back up. It was a week later. I appreciated their willingness to go out of their way to help me. Breakfast was very good. "
