"The check in was the fastest I've ever experienced. Key card in hand and walking away in under 2 minutes. Room was perfect and shower pressure was excellent. Not very often do I find a hotel room with high pressure."

"I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again"

"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

"Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. Overall great stay."

"The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful."

"Very nice hotel in great condition. Exceptionally clean, surprisingly quiet, very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Daily free breakfast was okay, but not great. Only downsides: fairly low water pressure in the shower, especially in the morning; heating unit under the window is a little bit loud right next to bed. Overall a great value and would absolutely stay here again. "

"Good"

It was freezing, with no working heat and no way to control the temperature. I had to get a portable heater just to make the room tolerable. On top of that, the toilet would not stop flushing. I booked a double bedroom but was given a room with a single twin bed because that was apparently all they had available. Receiving accommodations that did not match my...

"Breakfast was not what was Pictured in their ad. Breakfast was still ok many times missing daily items, stayed for multiple days and every day breakfast was different with lack of items some days."
