The views of the ocean were wonderful. The beach art throughout the condo was beautiful. I brought my grandson and son and we had plenty of sleeping space. The only complaint are the stairs because I am 68 so they did get me out of breath sometimes. But otherwise, the appliances, washer and dryer were really needed and nice.

The police was very clean and the security guard was an excellent help to anyone who is lost or needing directions she was super sweet very attentive. It is very close to everything. You can walk to just about anywhere from there. The only thing is that the access to the beach is old and it’s falling apart a little bit, so it’s hard to roll anything on there other than that everything was superb will definitely return

We definitely enjoyed the condo at Sunchase IV. Excellent view and close access to the beach. The condo was very clean and organized. We will for sure be coming back to stay at Sunchase IV, we have no complaints!

Great time!

We had an excellent time at Sunchase IV! Short walk to the beach, nice pool area, central location, and overall very clean. Would highly recommend!

I stayed in Unit 218 and it was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedroom was cozy and large. The only disappointment was it didn't have a beach view. It does have a lovely view of the pool and foliage. They did some power washing one morning and woke me. The office wasn't always open at the times listed.

Great view of the beach, and great pool. The price for the unit was reasonable. The unit could use a bit of updating but, was good enough for us!

Comfortable and welcoming

This property location was great, security guard working was very hospitable and welcoming. She walked us to our room and gave us a mini tour of the property.
