"Beautiful room. We had the ocean partial room & had a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean. Pool is heated & open until 11pm with pretty lights surrounding the area. Pool is only deepest 4ft which is kind of annoying. Friendly staff, good food with live music & the best bartenders"

"The beach access was great and building was nice. Bedrooms were clean but the shower was my only concern."

"I don’t like paying for parking which I did not. I just parked on the side of the road. I think if I’m paying for my stay, parking should be free. That’s my only gripe, I never heard of a hotel that charges parking for the hotel you are staying at."

"We were on the second floor and the elevator was broke down. There was no indication prior to booking that it was under construction. I brought four smaller children who I had to do multiple trips up and down the stairs with and carry heavy luggage. There were big rips in the comforter. The floor in the room turned my white socks black. There were six of us in a room and they only had one towel and one wash cloth. The hallway floor and stairs look like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. There was food on the couch and chair in our room. Housekeeping came in once out of the 3 nights and took the towels we went and got from the front desk and our wash cloth and only left one towel again. Staff were nice and respectful and the breakfast was well stocked. Hotel is in a pretty decent location."
