I mainly want to write about Luis who is responsible for running breakfast at Ramada Wyndham. He was very helpful,hardworking and pretty much the star of the breakfast place. He made sure everyone had everything they needed, gave recommendations for places to visit and overall made the smooth comfortableexperience for all the hotel quests. Other staff members were nice and king as well. As for our room itself I'd say it was Ok to poor. Kitchen was outdated, we even saw bugs when we opened the cabinets, shower room has signs of rust, toilet seat had cracks, TV in another room didn't have smart conection, only cable which we didn't use. In general hotel needs complete renovation. However, for the price we stayed it was quite affordable.

This was my third visit to the property. The room was clean. I was happy to see there was no hair in the sink or bathtub (my pet peeve). Reviews from this year mentioned there were roaches in the rooms. I came prepared with my roach spray and yes I had to use it, unfortunately. I didn’t want to take advantage of the continental breakfast after seeing roaches in the room. I still appreciate the walkway to the beach. I would stay at this property again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Luis in the breakfast area, who provided exceptional service every morning. He was attentive, kind, and made sure everyone had everything they needed. His positive attitude truly made our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Staff and location was great. Rooms are aged. Exterior grounds had mattresses, iron boards and air condition parts all over the place. Dog poop everywhere, not everyone is picking it up. Cars parked blocking you from reversing. Most guest have common sense and are considerate but some are blasting the music outside the room and others have their kids playing in front of guest doors. No security guard present. Having a security guard patrolling the grounds and enforcing the rules would really help.

I wouldn't book here again due to bugs and lack of things that worked in the room... But if you're looking for an easy access to the beach, this place is it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just wish they invested more money on their hotel.

Towels had stains, only allowed one roll toilet paper, private access to the beach can only fit people going one way single file line, small bugs on wall, toilet stained, you can smell the dumpster, people hang outside all night, sheets were stained, did not feel safe staying there. When tried calling about reservation it just rang no answer.

We really enjoyed Luis he brought are waffles to our table and took pictures with us. We feel like family when we are there. Pool is always great when you don't want to be at the ocean. The turtle place is walking distance and the candy shop next door is amazing. A walking path to the water is nice and lit up when you go down to watch the sunset or the sunrise. Very quite and when you're in your room you don't hear noise from other rooms. Luis always makes breakfast fun.

The staff were nice. The room is run down and old. The air conditioner runs all day and night. The door is terribly unsafe. There is a gap all around the door that you can see the outside. The lock will jam. The only good thing is the decent bed.

My only complaint was it was very windy and caused a lot of excess garbage in the main walkways. The dumpster also had a very foul odor every time we would walk by for beach access. Breakfast was great although difficult to find a seat on a Monday and Tuesday morning. Room was quiet and clean. Have stayed here before and plan to stay again in the future.

The phone in the room didn’t work the whole time we were there. I had to go to the front desk to let them know there is no hair dryer in my room. The A/C worked very well. There were a lot of bugs in the bathroom. The staff were nice. Very accessible to the beach which i enjoy the most.
