"Very comfortable and clean hotel."

"everything was amazing"

"Our problem was the bathroom. They raised the floor making the entrance to the bathroom hazardous( easy to trip over), Bathroom counter is the lowest we have ever encountered. Bathroom sink and vanity dated. Sink didn’t drain properly. Curtains dated and part off track. Poor lighting. Linens good Bed comfortable. Door into suite dated and needed painting."

"Check in was very slow. Only one employee at the 4:00 P.M. check-in time. They were interrupted by another employee for a long conversation while customers waited. We were told that room service was every other day. We stayed three nights and never had room service. We called down on the third day at 4:00 P,M. and requested missing items, which were delivered an hour later. The included breakfast is under staffed. The one employee worked very hard, but could not keep up."

"Great location"

"The staff are friendly and helpful having breakfast included. The room was warm however the room was old in appearance and needs upgrading, only one elevator working."

"Very good value for the money."

"Beautiful place"

"Rooms were clean.. staff at pool were not friendly. Breakfast at Shelley very good. Hot tub was good. I wish the slide was working more. It was shut down Sunday afternoon and still not on when we left Monday at noon"

"Over nice place with collegiate feel"

Upon entering the room it was set to an extremely cold temperature making the carpeted flooring soaked within a foot or so radius of the unit. We had opened the blinds to find an unpleasant amount of both dead and alive flys which was also concerning. When we arrived back at the hotel around 11pm, we got back into our room and settled in. The peace was short lived as the...
