"The hotel room was an astoundingly LONG walk from the only set of elevators at the lobby. I was not directed to a separate entry door with my luggage, nor was there a closer elevator available. I have never encountered such a long, convoluted route from a hotel lobby to a room before."

"Staff were welcoming and personable. The room was spacious, and well-appointed --- also very open concept. The location was ideal for attending a concert at the Canada Life arena - its literally steps away. Parking was very handy across the street at the Covent Garden underground parking. The PIN locks on the main doors (afterhours) and actual hotel room doors worked well.(Its nice not to worry about a physical key) Really appreciated the "surprise" they left in the fridge. Will gladly do it all over again for the next concert we attend at Canada Life."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a fantastic impression. They were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Check-in was quick and efficient, and throughout my stay, every team member I encountered was friendly and eager to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including reliable Wi-Fi, a functional workspace, and a clean, modern bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room to a high standard each day. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel’s amenities. The indoor atrium and pool area created a relaxing, almost resort-like atmosphere, somethin you don’t often find in a city hotel. It’s a wonderful feature whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The on-site dining options were also impressive. Meals were fresh and delicious, with a good variety to suit different tastes. The service in the restaurant was just as attentive as at the front desk, making every dining enjoyable. My stay at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and standout amenities makes it a place I would highly recommend!"
