"It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four.
Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board.
Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. "
"Overall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great.
Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. "

"Aston Batam has an amazing array of staff who attended promptly to all our requests. We stayed in a 3-bedroom residence apartment. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was an air conditioner in each room, and they provided a large 20L water cooler. The swimming pool was large enough to swim laps, which we did every morning.
