"Breakfast: toast w/jam or butter, muffin, oatmeal, banana, orange, coffee was good. Nice indoor pool. Minutes from town. Caretaker was nice."

"Older hotel getting updated. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was updated and very clean. When making reservations, only doubles were available. When we checked in I asked if any kings had opened up and we were given a king. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent room, breakfast had a range of options with eggs and waffles and other hot options, and there was a Culver’s across the street for dinner. The hotel details said the pet fee was $50 per dog per night, but turned out to be $15 per dog per night. The laundry had rather old, small machines, so we had to go to a laundromat. But otherwise, this was a good, reasonably-priced hotel."

"Everything you need is provided and more. The property is stunning, clean, lit well and peaceful. Close to town/beach. The bikes provided were safe and easy to ride the 4 miles/30 min. to south beach. Massage therapist was very skilled and relaxing in the pines with fresh air flowing and birds chirping was rejuvating. I visited solo for 2 nights but I will return with my husband to experience the fall foliage. "

"Patsy was great at checking us in & out! Super friendly! Loved there were firepits & they provide the wood at no cost! Even gave us some firestarter for quicker fire & it worked sooo well! Will definitely be back next year!"
