"The room.was very clean. The staff was amazing and kind. The breakfast was so good!! Delicious! The staff was very kind! Alicia was very nice at the bar. She took our order and delivered for room service. My only issue for the hotel was that it didn't have the tennis court, spa, golf course. The state took over that piece of land. Which is one of the reasons we booked. I wish it qas not advertised. The adventure park and pool sufficed. I'll return!"

"Adam's service during check-in was exemplary! In general, the guys receptionists were very professional and helpful. The ladies, not so much! Pillow covers were not clean, but they were replaced quickly after a call to the reception. The furniture and the room were beautifully designed, but signs of wear were visible. Little touch ups would be beneficial. Down"

"Pool and hot tub was great, room was clean and nice. Staff was great. Everyone was nice and friendly! Only drawback was the location of our room. We were right next the elevator so lots of traffic and noise, especially early in the morning and the conditioner was nearly empty in our room. They have a nice breakfast though! Highly recommend."

"Pretty good experience overall, but there were some notably dirty spots in the bathroom (right behind the toilet seat where the toilet seat latch had broken off and not been replaced, edges of the floor) that were off-putting. Breakfast was decent, did include round eggs and sausages as well as typical carby options."

"Remodeled hotel. Rooms still small. Especially the bathroom. Beds comfortable. Good pillows. Linens seemed clean. Floor was not well cleaned, as barefoot walking I. It picked up grit and dirt. Front door very hard to both open and close. Light bulb was out in one lamp. A/C noisy at night. Pool is beside a busy road and you get road noise. Noticed people driving up and unloading a van full of children to be in pool. Obviously we’re not staying there. I also think men ate breakfast there who were not staying there. Breakfast was mediocre. Not as good as most hotels. Only one kind of pastry. One waffle maker for a lot of rooms. Potato’s were not good. Biscuits really not good. Front desk staff vacillated between being very friendly and very rude. And inconsistent. To enter the office I never had to use room key until this morning. Guy at front desk yelled I had to use key. Not what the sign said. When in Asheville I will seek other accommodations."
