I have to say that this was probably the friendliest front desk staff in the afternoon and evening I’ve ever met. They were so accommodating and helpful and the cleaners were just constantly working on details for what I feel is kind of a budget hotel they really did a good job. The beds were comfy. The sheets were clean. The room was clean. The only downside is they only serve breakfast and there’s no bar.

We loved this hotel. We went tubing in Asheville and decided to spend the night so we could check out downtown. This hotel was clean, had great parking and was right in the downtown area. There were a ton of restaurants/bars that were a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in downtown Asheville

Our room was clean. The desk staff were friendly, helpful and competent. Natasha gave great service at breakfast and the cook had a cheerful attitude. Breakfast was a buffet, and they cooked our eggs to order. Parking was free. The only downside(s) were that generally the hotel is dated: the outside could use a freshening up as could the bathroom fixtures.

This is my second time staying at this location… it is convenient and near many options for dinner and entertainment in the downtown area… we went with the breakfast package and this went well… Very much enjoyed… We look forward to staying again in the future…

Location good for my needs with free parking. I did not have a car so car app prices reasonable around city. Helpful that Red Trolley had a pickup at Renaissance Hotel across the street. Staff not trained well--I was not told about all amenities until I overheard Friday night manager greeting and informing other guests. Free exercise classes with Racquet Ball on site was a plus for me. I missed bar and evening meal available. Did use refrig in room to compensate some. Room air conditioner noisy but kept up with the heat.
