We had a very good stay. The staff was friendly, the food at the bar excellent, and breakfast was delicious. I gave 4 stars because I found the room a little dated, had a tiny bathroom, and the bed was lumpy. It should be noted my wife loved the bed.

This hotel met our needs. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good. Very fresh. It just needs an update from the 1990s decor. Hospitality & cleanliness were very good.

The resort was beautiful! The grounds were well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary coffee bar in the mornings. I didn't eat in the restaurant, so I can't comment. I don't have any complaints. I will stay there whenever I am in Asheville.

This property no longer has the amenities listed. No spa, no 9 hole golf course. The fitness club and indoor pool are gone. The outdoor pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. Front desk, bar staff and restaurant staff were all wonderful.

The room wasn’t as high end as the pictures made it seem. The place definitely needs a renovation/update. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was delicious but I don’t know that I would stay here again.
