We really enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville. It’s a great choice for anyone traveling with pets — very pet-friendly, comfortable, and with plenty of space around the property for walking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the resort has a relaxed atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful with our stay! She gave us some great restaurant recommendations and directions on the drive through the mountains. The property was absolutely stunning and there was so much to do. We will be coming back!

We had a very good stay. The staff was friendly, the food at the bar excellent, and breakfast was delicious. I gave 4 stars because I found the room a little dated, had a tiny bathroom, and the bed was lumpy. It should be noted my wife loved the bed.

Everything was great. It a resort that you don't have to leave unless you want too. They have a shuttle bus for you if you don't want to drive anywhere. They have the Overlook restaurant that serve all three meals and bar. They property have outdoor attraction for everyone including kids as well. The staff is really great as well.

We have never stayed at a Crowne Plaza resort before, but I’m so glad we stayed here. This place is absolutely fantastic. The lobby is gorgeous. The check-in is simple and easy and the staff is very friendly. They have a bar in the large lobby and a restaurant beyond the bar that stays open until 10 PM. Great food and great service. They have an outdoor pool and hiking and biking trails and zip lining. If you’re an outdoor person, this is a place to go. They also have outdoor dining if you’d like to eat outdoors if you want a really nice place to go they have very nice spacious clean rooms. You will enjoy this place.

The lobby, restaurant and bar were all close to each other. Our view from our room was lovely. We faced the pool on first floor. I didn’t get a picture. Pool was being closed for winter. There were a few minor inconveniences. Mostly because of older bathrooms. Obviously, we spent very little time there. We were mostly out. Enjoyed our stay very much. Aroma, Skyler and Monty were very nice and helpful. The front desk was also friendly.

Nice hotel but on the pricier side. From the map it appeared that I could walk to downtown but that's impossible - not the end of the world. No microwave in the room which was inconvenient as I wanted to eat my leftovers for breakfast. Only 1 regular coffee pod in the room. Grounds and hotel were well kept. Pool was closed for the season so didn't get to enjoy the outdoors as much as I would have liked even though it was in the 80s. Would consider staying again but would compare against downtown hotels also.
