"We had the best time while in Key West. This property has so much charm. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. The whole vibe of the resort reminded me of resorts in Mexico. We can’t wait to come back soon! "

"Rooms are decent. Clean, could use some shelves in the shower, but big shower. Great area. Pool is warm and clean. Staff.... Not sure what is happening there... Not very friendly, they say good morning when you speak to them first. We gave our # so they could advise when room was ready, but nobody called. Went back at 4:30, room was ready. Asked about bike rentals 3 times before we got an answer other than yes. They have a sister property where you can use the beach, but we were never told about that. "

"The walls are very thin, we could hear every step the people above us made. The showers did not get very hot and the pillows were very flat. "

"The highest quality hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Be aware of one thing, NO Restaurant! But hey Frenchie’s cafe around the corner has the best breakfast. H20 was a fantastic stay and surprisingly to us both the pool on the roof and our very own plunge pool were heated and we made use of them both. A fantastic place to stay…"

"what a disappointment to stay in a hotel with such great potential but obvious neglect. From the cold, unwelcoming staff to the dirty, dated rooms to the old ugly dining areas with big heavy curtains and dark scratched floors-the hotel is clearly mismanaged. The entire place needs a good scrubbing, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture in the rooms as well as the dining areas! (looks like 1970’s card tables from walmart) "

"Lovely place, with lots of different areas. Two pools and hot tub, all very private. Happy hour daily with wine, cheese and nut. Breakfast was a nice variety. Location is walkable to all major tourist sites and eateries. Pretty quiet, except for the roosters and pigeons, which are all over town. I felt housekeeping could have done a better job around the pool re bird droppings and the room. "
