"After some initial issues with cockroaches in our room we were promptly relocated to a new room on an upper floor by the helpful staff. Internet also suffered some problems due to heavy rain, but that resolved, still found it relatively slow for remote business work though fine for e-mails. "It was a good stay other than at 6AM smoke detector in our room started going off...it was the craziest alarm clock I've ever had and scared the absolute hell out of us...and then it just turned off on its own and we fell back asleep and then it happened again at 7AM I honestly have no idea what was going on we didn't even reach out to front desk we just kept going back to sleep there was no fire . It was ringing down the halls in other rooms too"

"Stayed Friday to Sunday, told front desk Saturday hey our microwave does not work. Issue was not resolved. When checking out I brought it up and the lady avoided my concern by asking do you want your receipt. Elevator smelled so bad including the hallways like paint and chemicals. Not going there again for what I was charged."
