"Zaihn at the reception allowed us very early check in and was kind enough to allow us late check out. She was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. The room was clean, large soft towels, two complimentary large bottles of water, coffee/tea area, safe and fridge available for use. Only complaint was the shower kept flooding when we used it. Breakfast included was a vast choice of items and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There's a one minute walkway to get you into the grand Mall next...

"Fantastic staff and location. Everyone was very kind and helpful making sure that our stay was excellent. Beautiful Nirvana room with view of the pool and ocean. Highly recommend booking a Nirvana suite! Restaurants were excellent. Loved Jade restaurant for breakfast."

"-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. Very quite and peaceful. -Great Views from the property. -We got a 10 mins massage complimentary which was great. -We also got a complimentary glassbottom boat tour and that was great too....

"We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived until we left the resort we were pampered so much.
