Awesome views

This hotel is a little distance from the center of Sorrento but the hotel runs a shuttle into town which was very useful. It sits high on the hill and has amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Capri. The staff were helpful and the food at the restaurant was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated.

Our second time at Johanna Park, such a lovely area, you are in a garden, surrounded by lemon , orange and olive trees . Great breakfast selection, dinner always very delicious. Shuttle to Sorrento centre and return. There were 5 of us, we al enjoyed this hotel.

Johanna Hotel, Sorrento

The hotel was a lovely choice. Old world charm, view of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples, friendly staff. Overall, a nice experience which we would gladly return to.

Great staff, very clean rooms and really comfortable, the only issue was the parking, too many cars around, and there is a church next door, if you want to rest in the morning it's kind of hard

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff who helped us out sort airport transport and book a tour. Good size room for 4 of us. Good shuttle into town which only took about 5 minutes. Good base to explore Sorrento/Naples/Amalfi.

All good things to say about Johanna Park Hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very reasonable and nice bathroom (they’re all small everywhere but this was clean and had tub/shower). The restaurant was good quality, lots of options at the breakfast buffet and solid options for dinner. The service was fantastic, all the staff with the restaurant and the shuttle services were incredibly hardworking and kind to go out of their way for you. The front desk staff was helpful, sometimes a little short with you, but saw that everywhere in Italy. The shuttle service was incredibly helpful to go to city center and bus/train station. It solved a lot of worries about walking down/uphill or getting an expensive taxi. Highly recommend Johanna Park Hotel, and would stay again if visiting Sorrento!

Parking was very straightforward. Hotel is in a beautiful location above Sorrento. There is a steep 10 minute walk down into the town. Hotel offers a shuttle service. Although limited, the food was well presented and tasty. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

We had a very nice stay in johanna park hotel, staff was super nice especially shuttle bus driver! Shuttle bus was great but could be more frequentlyThe breakfast was okey could use a little fresh fruits, pool was nice. Super quiet and nice woukd recommend

Our family took 2 rooms for 9 nights at the hotel. The beat thing about the hotel is their staff, they very kind and always keen to help. Even though the hotel is with small number of room the service is 24/7. the pool is great the kids loved it . The hotel should upgrade some of its furniture and it would help to add a kittle in the rooms. we enjoyed our stay and for recommend to stay at this hotel especially for families with kids.

The property is very clean, and the view is good. Staff is extremely caring. From receptionist, barista, waiter, you feel warm welcome from everyone. It like steps into my own big family except my dog would not bark at me. There is shuttle between hotel and Sorrento which is a plus.

Nice but uncomfortable

Nice hotel with friendly staff, shuttle bus was great for getting up and down but the times of the service where a bit disappointing, the last one back to hotel was 10pm which was quite annoying and there was nothing really that interesting in the hotel to go back so early for. The room was really outdated and very little in the choice of TV channels. The bed was really uncomfortable and our view from the hotel was at the back so basically it wasn’t a view The staff are friendly but sometimes it was like a bit of an effort to get you something
