Loved this hotel. Excellent breakfast indoors or outdoors. Our room was spacious, with two balconies and a great view of the ocean. Room service was excellent, towels changed twice a day. By far one of my favourite of our 20 day, 6 hotels, vacation.

This is a stunning property! From the views to the lobby to the oceanfront pool, it’s truly 10/10 across the board. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The last leg of our journey through Italy with friends ended in Sorrento at the Grand Hotel Europa Palace. We were all very happy with our decision to stay here. Exceptional all the way around! The proximity to town, breathtaking sea views, stunning décor, competent and friendly staff, access to the beach, cleanliness and overall charm has certainly put this property at the top of our list for our next visit.

The room was fantastic with an amazing Oceanside view! We got lucky with a firework show coming from the ocean side and we were front and center! The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating allowing us to store our luggage early at check in and after checkout so we could attend our limoncello tasting without hauling luggage. We had a great time and was really close to the shopping district area

We were looking for a place to stay near the wedding venue we were invited to. We ended up finding one of the most charming hotels in Sorrento with views over the Bay of Naples , with its own Beach access , spacious rooms and most friendly staff. The breakfast was not special but the views on the terrace made up for the lack of the choices at the buffet. We would definitely stay there again.
