"The building is very old. With this comes issues with either a very steep staircase up to the rooms or use of an emergency exit at the rear (which is made of metal steps with a precarious old mat dangerously situated at the top).
The room was lovely but it was very hot as situated above the kitchen. The weather was forecasted to be 28/29 degrees and I had to ask for a fan.
It was a struggle to sleep in such temperatures as the fan was noisy so had to be switched off.

"Really lovely family room. Great for us as a family of 4. Had dinner in the pub and was lovely and also had breakfast included in the booking which was great!"

"Great stay at the Inn West End – the staff were attentive and amazing throughout. Lovely atmosphere, comfortable stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone."

"The staff is wonderful the food and the bar was great. The only problem is the property is old. It is 11 century. It was cold in our room. We had to get an extra heater, but the Inn provided that and there was an issue with the water, we had no hot water one day. But again it’s 11 century Inn, I think it’s great for a night or two, but we stayed four nights, probably won’t do that again only because of the age, TV also was not working properly. "Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed in the double bed and single bunk bed for 1 night. Easy to get to from the airport taking the local bus. From terminal 3 we had to take 2 buses, but if you’re coming from terminal 5 it’s only 1 bus and takes less than 10 mins."
