"The location was perfect for Windsor and Eton! Right along the river and walking distance to everything! The staff was warm, friendly and very attentive. The room was very large for a British hotel and incredibly comfortable. We were very grateful for the air conditioning too! The breakfast was very appreciated, and the restaurant is very bright and clean with views of the river. We were there for a reunion and the restaurant/bar space was perfect for chatting and catching up."

"We stayed in one of the green wing family rooms. Overall the room size was spacious and ample space for two adults with 2 toddlers. But the sofa bed which is meant for two kids, was absolutely shocking, the sofa bed had seen better days, and it dipped and Mattress was thing as paper, not comfortable for anyone to sleep on. These rooms don’t have air con, but the fan they supply to the room of this size is a table top desk can, 15cm in height. Overall on the face it, it was a well maintained outside hotel, good breakfast selection, but, the room did fail to meet expectations."
