Overall we had a nice stay with our young children. The hotel is more corporate than family friendly. Very rule focused on making sure children are well behaved especially in the swimming pool and was reminded to stop my three year old not to occasionally scream in the pool fron excitement which dampened our experience. Nice breakfast and friendly restaurant staff. Reception staff could be more inviting. Rooms were clean and of a good standard. Also am wondering how long it will take for us to get our £75 deposit back that we had to pay on arrival.

Reshv at the reception, hopefully I spelt right. My husband needed a WiFi urgently to sort out his work stuff online, even though we did not check in yet upon arrival, this gentleman make sure that my husband was fully sorted whilst we checked in after.. all the other staff were nice nice too. Clean environment, nice and quiet. I will definitely book again when next I come around👏

Two night stay

Room was lovely, breakfast buffet was fab. Unfortunately we booked here with two other families specifically to use the pool after our Legoland trip and we were only told on check in that children are heavily restricted on what time they can use the pool - which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. We also had to sign papers saying the children (12,12 and 9) wouldn’t jump, dive, splash or make any noise while in the water. It’s a shame because the hotel itself was lovely, but we won’t be returning.

Comfortable and efficient, great spa facilities

Efficient check-in and clean, spacious hotel. Great pool, steam and sauna with friendly spa receptionist. In the room, one thing I noted was how hard it was to find light switches for downlight / orbs by bed. They were integral knobs..and a random switch for an under-sink light was...by the bed. So tired trying to sort those..! Overall, one of the best little stays I've had for ease and comfort.

Had a very relaxing time here after my flight. Booked a suite and it was very comfortable and spacious. The tea and coffee facilities were above par. The access to the spa was much needed. The pool was great and the sauna and steam room very relaxing. Dinner options are a little overpriced but thats to be expected. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff were all very profesional and courteous. Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous. Great food in Monty’s Lounge. Didn’t sleep that well but think that was nerves before an event. Enjoyed the gym and pool.
