"This was probably our favorite stay in Peru. The staff was so helpful and kind, the lobby area is beautiful, the breakfast was lovely and delicious. The location is extremely convenient. Generally, we loved Pisac, and wished we could have stayed another night. "

"The photos looked great and stated a king bed, I made sure to ask for the king bed at the property and they gave us a double bed. We made the best of it but our shower had a dead grasshopper in it along with used soap from the previous tenants, the shower curtain was also filthy and the room was over all super dusty. It was super loud you could hear the conversations from the lobby in the room. Do not recommend. "

"Front staff need to be trained at least 10 times to be able to do things right. These people follow you around and asked other employees to follow you also. Worst experience in my life…."

"Amazing room with hot tub two beds at different levels which creates a feeling of privacy without being in separate rooms. We went with our two small children and they had the most awesome pack and play for our baby. Food was delicious! The whole place is a dream and the spa was fantastic!"
