Check in experience was a bit confusing but customer service was quick with email and quickly clarified. Only washer in room and no utensils or plates. Only cups for coffee use. Slightly dirty floors. Overall good price and comfortable.

Good hotel potential but has short falls.
Nicely located hotel with great potential, but misses the mark in a couple areas. The room itself is nicely furnished to a point, but things like utensils and plates are additional cost you need to request. In addition, there is no real front desk and the location is shared with "Chestersons" so it's very confusing when checking in or getting help. When getting help you need to call a number. It was not clear you need to make reservations for breakfast and the staff from "Chestersons" will not help at all, even though they're all the same property. Family went hungry the first morning.

Also die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt dafür dass das Gebäude noch relativ neu ist. Leider war es nicht perfekt sauber mit einigen Haaren und Flecken der Vorbewohner. Uns war im Vorfeld nicht ganz klar, dass es eher eine Art Air bnb ist. Die Flure sind leider auch relativ hellhörig und nicht sehr sauber. Der Service hat sich aber sehr bemüht damit wir auch als nicht asiatische Touristen zurecht kommen. Die Lage ist dagegen gut, viele Restaurants und ein Cu in der Nähe.

위치가 주변에 맛집 가깝고, 사우나 깨끗하고, 수영장은 사람이 너무 많은거 빼고 룸 깨끗하고 주차 편해요 .

滞在型のホテルで部屋の中に乾燥機能付き洗濯機まであります。ただホテルにはフロントがなく、送られてくるメールで部屋番号と解錠コードが送られてくるのみ。そこさえクリア出来れば快適で良い宿です

쾌적하고 좋아요!
투룸했는데 방도 넓고 거실도 있어서 가족들이랑 지내기 좋았어요. 어메니티(핸드워시, 페이스 클렌저, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시)도 다 있어서 칫솔, 치약만 가져가시면 됩니다. 숙소도 청결하고 화장실도 2개 있어서 4명이서 쾌적하게 사용했습니다. 난방도 아주 잘 돼요! 식기는 도자기 컵 4개만 있고 다른건 없으니 수저, 접시 등은 따로 챙기셔야 해요. 주차장도 넓고 지하라 좋았습니다. 체크인/체크아웃도 모바일로 해서 편했어요.

깔끔하고 편안한 숙소
너무 깔끔한 숙소입니다.
복도쪽 방은 약간 소음이 들리긴하지만 안쪽은 매우 조용해요. 객실이 워낙 많아서 엘리베이터가 조금 붐비는게 단점입니다.
그걸 제외하고는 위치도 속초시장과 가깝고, 호수랑도 가까워서 산책하기도 좋아요.

깔끔하고 좋았어요.방이 작은데 침대가 두개에 테이블도 있고 알차요.ㅎㅎ 가족여행으로 괜찮았어요.근데 보기엔 깨끗한데요 좀 비워져있었는지 먼지가...전 뭐...첨에 원래 입실하자마자 물티슈로 청소해서 괜찮아요.ㅎㅎ
