Underwhelming

While the service was friendly, I felt the hotel itself was not as advertised. The hotel itself seemed a little outdated. The bed was dreadfully hard and the pool was drained and closed. Overall it was pretty underwhelming.

바닷가 언덕에 자리하여 3충임에도 바다뷰 일출뷰 장관이었고 오래된 호텔이어서 약간 걱정이었는데 잘 관리된 느낌이어서 만족스러웠습니다 직원들도 다른 속초 호텔들에 비해 서비스 수준이 높고 친절했어요 호텔 1층에 24시간 편의점이 있어서 편리했고 11층 스카이라운지도 적당한 가격에 하이볼을 즐길 수 있었습니다 다음에도 방문하고 싶습니다

서비스 친절하고 산 전망 설악산 뷰가 좋았어요. 다만 객실 천장등이 2개밖에 없고 간접등이 하나도 없어서 전반적으로 침침하고 원룸같은 느낌이었어요. 벽지도 일부분 들떠서 떨어져있구요. 저렴한 가격에 예약한 객실이라 감안하고 지냈지만 이런 객실인걸 알았다면 돈을 더 내고 다른 객실을 예약했을거에요. 콘센트고 일부는 전력이 왔다갔다 했습니다.

1. 바다 전망이어서 아주 좋았어요. 일출도 볼 수 있었어요. 2. 객실이 조용하고 사용하기 편리했어요. 다만 오래된 가구에서 약간의 냄새가 났어요. 객실 금고는 제대로 작동이 안되었어요. 직원이 금고 내부 배터리가 방전되어 당장은 사용할 수 없다고 말했어요. 3. 사우나 시설의 일부만 가동하여 부족함이 있었어요. 4. 직원들의 응대는 친절했어요.
