Soka Packages (Flight + Hotel)

The laundry service was great. The kitchen and staff were great. Some mild smell of cigarette smoke but otherwise no other concerns.

Clean rooms, friendly staff . Rooms have washer /dryer dual machine, use Google Translate to use- the instructions in the room did not help. We did do laundry three times, and there is a setting to dry only if clothes is still damp. Shower and tub were great. The hotel was nice, in a quite neighborhood with many eating option and close to metro and supermarket. The beds are small and firm- might be too hard for people with back problems that prefer soft beds. Beds have only one small pillow per bed, you need to request more pillows if you need extra support. Kitchenette is fully equipped. I would stay here again if I return to Tokyo.
