"I not only recommend this hotel but I recommend this chain. Especially if it’s as nice as the one in London. The bedding comfortable, the staff, friendly and helpful and the shower and everything in the room works perfectly."

"Super handy to shopping and most tourist attract"

"It was a very central functional cabin sized room which I expected. Maintenance wise it could do with a few fixes like the shower door seal and the aircon function. Otherwise great location and a fair price for that."

"The location was fantastic and we loved everything about the room apart from two things: 1) We had trouble getting all of the electrical outlets to work 2) The tub was very slippery and you had to step up more than I'd like to get in and out with nothing to hold on to. Maybe a mat for the tub?"

"We were vacationing. Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was ok, only issue was elevators were small and slow. Overall very happy with the hotel."
