Nice and clean but…

Nice, clean, new hotel. However, there was a party in the restaurant on the ground floor and we could hear the thumping of the music all the way to the 5th floor till 2am. Also, apparently, in late May, it is not hot enough to have the AC running so we had to open the balcony door to let cool air in during the night. This made the music even more audible.

Room was great and we enjoyed the Greek restaurant. We picked this hotel for the pool but we’re not able to use it. It closes at 1900 in evening and the morning held a private event for families with small children from 900-1330. There is an extra charge to use sauna and steam rooms.

old, outdated. My bed sheets on the sofa were not changed. Very cramped. Depressing feel about design, lack of natural light. There was kitchen, but no utensils or pots or pans. There is nothing around. On the plus side its conveniently located if you need to get to the airport.

Slightly disappointed

The sauna and steam room you gave to pay extra and you can’t use the swimming pool without a cap.. the tea, coffee and water weren’t replaced every day so you had to ask.. the distance from the city isn’t right as we always had to use a taxi to get to the city centre and back as the hotel was so far.. also the taxis scammed us twice..

Reception is terrible, we ask if there is umbrella, he states he cannot help. Safe doesn’t work, room is dark, room cleaning is so bad and there is a strange electrical noise buzz every 3 mins, unplug every thing and it still there. I cannot believe this is Best Western plus quality, I will never go to this hotel if visiting Bulgaria.

We booked the hotel wanting one with the spa. And the spa was not working. The area is in large construction so there is almost nothing. Room ok, but far from the price they ask.

Premetto che la stanza è ampia e confortevole dotata di balconcino e di ogni comfort. Qui però finiscono le buone notizie a causa di un personale inetto, incapace e privo di empatia e di problem resolving che hanno rovinato il nostro soggiorno perché non pulivano le stanze, non rifornivano caffè e acqua, non risolvevano piccoli problemi (asciugacapelli, scarichi del lavandino ). Abbiamo dovuto sopportare che la piscina fosse per noi inaccessibile per un party privato, ho dovuto pagare una bottiglia d ‘acqua 5,9 leva a colazione perché era a portata di mano ma non si poteva prendere…ogni diritto andava preteso (refill d’acqua caffè carta igienica asciugamani) altrimenti non veniva onorato benché pagato. Le 4 stelle sono molto generose. I bulgari sono molto chiusi ed inospitali

Märks att det har varit ett mycket fint hotell som börjar att bli lite slitet, men fortsatt mycket fint rum. Bra städning på ytan men ex koppar/muggar på rummet var inte diskade. Mycket fin frukost. Fanns mineralvatten, te och kaffe man kunde servera sig på rummet. Personalen när jag kom verkade stressad och att ogilla sitt jobb, utförde jobbet utan servicekänsla, mannen vid utcheckningen var mer tillmötesgående och mjuk. Bassängen var likaså något sliten nu och dess område något trist med emballage på ett område, men man kunde bortse ifrån det. Man behöver använda badmössa i poolen. Finns att köpa Bra grekisk restauranng i anslutning till hotellet

Posizione decentrata. Parcheggio buono e gratuito. Sonno confortevole. Pulizia camere discreta. Colazione a pagamento anticipato per tre giorni ma scopro dopo solo salata. Chiesto quella dolce mi hanno rspost9 che non c'è. Protestato e chiesto rimborso mi dicono chesr ne parla lunedi. Quindi, pagato per non mangiare. Inoltre sala colazione sporca con bratte sotto il tavolo. Poi, acquistato camere con accapatoi. Mai consegnato. Protestato ma personale inconcludente E poo preparato. Molto deluso perché vecchio cliente best western.
