Excellent value, great location.

This apartment is perfectly located for exploring Sofia's city centre . Very clean,comfortable and great value . having stayed in other centrally located hotels in Sofia during past visits , this will always be my first choice from now on . Nik the owner was particularly friendly and welcoming . Highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment was great, but the building was not in good condition. Also, we were moved to a different apt. Because of work being done on the original apt., but the new one was far away from the city center.

L'appartement est bien situé, au cœur de Sofia, à deux pas de l'Institut Français et de la bibliothèque municipale, zone piétonnière/tramway, récemment rénovée et très agréable à emprunter pour aller faire quelques courses alimentaires chez BILLA. Quartier authentique, aux ruelles envahies par une végétation incontrôlée, aux pavés descellés et trottoirs défoncés encombrés d'ordures déposées quotidiennement par les riverains... au profit des errants... La proximité de la station de métro Serdika et l'artère commerçante, boutiques, restaurants, glaciers et accès au Palais de la Culture via les parcs municipaux.

This is a very nice two bedroom, two bathroom, reasonably priced apartment in the city centre and very convenient for seeing Sofia. On first sight the building isn't very appealing but don't let it put you off. Nick met us outside at the agreed time (we communicated by text message and expedia mail), he showed us round the 4th floor apartment (there is an elevator) and we settled up the bill. We were travelling as a couple so only used one bedroom. The apartment is very clean, well furnished and well equipped. Despite the city centre location it is quiet and comfortable, we had no trouble sleeping. Sofia is a lively city to visit for a few days.

This apartment is perfectly located in the city and includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms ( both with showers ). It was ideal for sharing with my friend with whom I traveled. I did not use the kitchen, but the living room was large and the six person dining table made a great spot for both of us to work from our computers. Internet speeds were fast with low latency. I've stayed in Sofia three times and this is my favorite location of all of them. If I was alone and the price was right, I would book this again. It also has front and back balcony with views of the nearby mountains.
