The is NOT a 4-Star property. This is not even a 1-star property. Old, "Communist Style" building in a very narrow, ugly street in a bad part of town. Old, tiny, creepy elevator. No Air-conditioning, so that the summer heat demands that you open windows onto narrow, nasty, noisy alley with dumpsters. Mold problem in the bathrooms with ancient fixtures. Old musty bedspread. DO NOT STAY HERE. After leaving 2 hours into stay, they made me pay for two days. This is a rip-off pure and simple.

Nice place to stay

Great please, lovely restaurant downstairs. Only negative thing is that you could tell that people had smoked there before. Maybe make the rooms non smoking or ask to smoke on the balcony... The curtains had the nicotine colour instead of white. But the rest was great.
