"Overall a decent stay. Most staff were wonderful but a few were rude and disappointing. Amenities were great but a few flaws like steam room working poorly and no hot tub at the pool. I really appreciated the welcome alcohol and dessert but a few things were missing from the room such as bath salt and cups to brew tea."

"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte"

"Very comfortable stay at The Artezen. Bed and pillows gave my husband and I two very restful nights’ sleep. Room was small but checked all the boxes. Rooftop bar was fun."

"As someone who has travelled around the world, this is definetely not a four star Hotel. The hotel rooms are so small you only access the bed from one side. My wife had to climb over me to get in and out of the bed. When we arrived and saw the room, I immediately called reception to ask to change my room for a larger one. "Everything was wonderful, except no room service and no on site parking,"

"Desk personnel very helpful"

"Excellent - 5 star location! Although, a little disappointing in that the rooms were a bit tired. The bed, a 'tad' saggy. A great location but for the price and to advertise as a 5 star hotel is false. Polish is needed. Attention to the furnishings are also needed. Its not a 5 star hotel. I would classify as a 4 star trendy hotel in a great location. You pay for the location."

"This property is beautiful and in a great part of the city. The rooms are clean and decorated with higher end materials and fabrics. The only drawback is that if you are on a lower floor like the 3rd or 4th floor you can hear the music on club nights -- Friday and Saturday. IF you're going to be staying at this hotel on the weekend then ask for a room on a higher floor."
