The staff who greet us was unfriendly, and the initial room offered did not accommodate my party. The staff member eventually changed our room that accommodated the space, but the room was not suitable for guests. I would not stay here again!

The room was on the small side but had everything needed. Had to leave 4 days prior than expected and they refused to refund the cost of the prepaid last 4 days, even though checked out before 11 am. No refund wording was in the contract, but still annoying.

it was advertised for a newer, revised trim. However, we were given the older room, which smelled like mold and cleaner. It was not as updated as we thought it would be. They did not charge us correctly upon arrival based on what our balance was supposed to be it’s been an effort to discuss this with them as they are not budging on what they say it should be, even though it does not comply with what hotel.com sent in a confirmation.

Never had a clean linen. No service requests ever answered. I was demanded to get out on Sunday at 11 even though the front desk clerk Steve stated if I chose to stay until Monday it would be an additional charge. I was called on mother's day at church at 11:01 stating that my belongings would be locked in the room until Monday. I left church to be given 2 hours to get out and still be charged a full night. I will never book here stay here of recommend anyone stay here. Giant roaches and lazy staff. Horrible. For 23 nights and paid $1800

Office open 11-6 only. One employee was very kind and empathetic and the other was completely corporate. Room was extremely small. Kitchen table was on the verge of collapsing. I could not even use it.Maitenance walked in one at 10pm, thinking it was empty. The next day, the same thing happened at 7pm. Good thing the inside lock was locked, so they could not get inside. Scared the living daylight out of me. Bait and switch at checkin. Oh you requested this room, which is in bad shape. You can check it out and if you don't like you can pay more for an upgraded room. The room was small and smelled like urine. I chose the upgraded room. The only difference was that it had no odor and had a full sized microwave. I just touched the side of the towel rack and it collapsed. For that I was charged $10. I will never return there.

The rooms are very small. The beds are very uncomfortable for it being a extended stay. The bathroom is small and old, alot of rust. The kitchen is small, and frige is small.

tub had mold and dirt in the cracks some was visible the ac vent had no cover the tv remote control didn’t work the floor had never been mopped i got there a 3 for the reservation and didn’t get a room till 520 visible dirt all over the walls reeked of old cigarettes and all they told me was they can cancel my stay and i can pay for the first night smh never again

Reservation was confirmed through orbitz but the hotel would not honor the reservation and said they did not have any rooms available. Customer service was very poor and the management lady was very unhelpful and argued that it didn’t matter if a reservation was confirmed through orbitz or not there was no room available and we had to last minute find another place to stay.

Beyond exceptional.

Very peaceful and relaxing loved the comfort and nice view from room. The lady that checked me in was above and beyond feeling welcomed and helpful. She was exceptional. I’ll definitely recommend and stay again next time.

The room was nothing like the picture. Small. filthy and from the 70s, The smell of pot and cigarette smoke was everywhere and the place was very noisy. Stay far away from this place.

NASTY HOTEL

The room was dirty. I tried about 5 rooms and all of them were nasty. I have to upgrade to a more expensive room that wasn't that great but better. I will not recommend anyone to stay that this NASTY hotel.

Quiet please

Property doing major remodeling. Noise levels start early. As does house keeping. No “Do Not Disturb” signs Available in room so knock on the door at 7:30am.....

The room smells of fish and shrimp people in and out of rooms in the middle of the night noise in the hall way I was so unsatisfied to the point didn’t stay a whole night in the hotel went some where else

Had to change rooms three times to find one that was the most unsanitary. I paid almost $700 bucks because I had to add an extra night and while I'm checking out, I hear somebody get a room for the same days as me and got charged less than $300 and was dumbfounded that I paid more than half. They wouldn't give more towels and didn't clean the room once. The stove didn't work so I had to spend more money having to eat out.ths sink didn't drain and flooded part of the room and was told it was our duty to clean it up. Even asked for more towels to help absorb and they denied so we used all our clothes to clean it up. Very upset with the stay andif I could've afforded to get another place I definitely would have
