When we were told the elevator was not working, we requested a ground floor room and were accomodated with a ground floor room. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and was very good.

Needs a good Cinderella cleaning. Mold and dirt around the window. Large crack on wall. Etc. Elevator sounds like it needs maintance. Metal springs in bed were so noisy they woke us up. Wont stay there again
