"The breakfast was excellent, full of variety and high quality in a lovely setting. The room we received was upgraded to executive for a small fee and was brilliant, with nice little touches in the free minibar. The executive lounge was a nice space for a quiet glass of wine before we went out to the show, although the food catering was limited to fruit, 2 basic hot options and one type of cake. We were not looking to rely o this as a formal meal and so the lounge was nice. Staff were friendly and systems were robust, plenty of facilities available if we needed them. A two minute walk from Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the Tube!"

"Wow stayed here for the first time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday and the staff were amazing making it the most perfect stay. The hotel is right near South Kensington gardens, Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel is quite quirky in its design, the room was spacious enough with plenty of storage, the all important bed was nice and comfy and the shower hot and powerful. Breakfast had plenty of options with a lovely cooked verity. Really did enjoy our stay and will definitely be going back. Thank you again to the wonderful staff."

"Booked a last minute stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. No provisions or offers given to celebrate our special day, not even a 'happy anniversary' comment! Room was not clean...hair in shower area and plughole, dust on table/TV. Breakfast was a smaller selection than expected. Omlettes, eggs Benedict, etc. are normaally available in buffet breakfast but these were chargeable extras! Fried eggs in the buffet were cold. Tables were not cleared of dishes quickly which meant we had to move our used dushes to a neighbouring table. A very disappointing breakfast experience, which was charged on top of our booking....totally unacceptable. Spa area was also extremely disappointing. Only when we enquired about timing for the spa were we informed of the refurbishment taking place. Only the pool was available on a booking system. No jacuzzi, steam room or sauna. I've never been to a hotel where they book you in advance to use the pool and only for approx. 30mins use! When in the pool one wall was covered in tarpaulin for work on the other side....noisey and dusty works going on. Corners of the tarpaulin were torn to show large holes which allowed a lot of cold air towards the pool. There were no treatments available until after check out time! The only positive was the car park and the excellent service from Tino and tge team. Car park area is small but well managed. Location was good but this was an overall very disappointing experience.
