"Very clean, central and quiet. Ticked all the boxes."

"Very clean and comfortable. Staff is super helpful at breakfast time, and breakfast has plenty options."

"Tired place and felt expensive for the night. Parking cheaper than expected after checking in though and easy for airport."

"Good room, although it did smell a little as if it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. Beds were very soft, but food was excellent and good value"

"breakfast staff and the bar staff were brill, thank you all. The only thing that was missing in the room was a hairdryer, I thought there would be one, as 99% of the time they are always in the rooms. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel."

"Outstanding service and incredibly friendly staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!"

I told the front staff on 4 occasions. They reset it from their end. I had the worst sleeps in the hot room with flat uncomfortable pillows. The front staff said that they disconnect the a/c each day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this hotel."
