"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "Great hotel. We had a spacious triple room which was clean and had everything we needed. The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was ok, the first morning was incredibly busy and staff were not helpful in finding tables for guests or asking people to wait until tables were available, there were many people walking about with breakfast but no table to sit at. The other mornings were less busy so no issues in getting a table at breakfast. The pool area was nice, it could be improved by having the bar open for drinks/snacks. Overall a lovely stay!"
