"Lovely place lovely people. If you want to get away from the mob this is the place. Beautiful setting. Lovely food. Reception were very helpful as were all the staff. Only negatives I have are the Villas are up a big hill so have a car or be fit. Also the pool at the villa wasn’t ready (on and cleaned) on the Saturday we arrived, wasn’t sorted until we said something on the Monday. But was sorted very quickly."
"Case Irene is a lovely hotel with the most hospitable staff. It is based 5 minutes from Falsarana beach and 15 minutes from Kissamo beach. The front reception was super helpful with check in and local recommendations. Housekeeping were very efficient and the breakfast service was very nice. We loved our stay!"

"All hotels should take a cue from this person. We had a wonderful time, I was almost sad to leave. The hotel owner was incredibly kind in recommending everything (places to see, parking, things to avoid). Without his advice, it wouldn't have been the same. The room was meticulously designed and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, very beautiful and convenient, in ancient Chania. I highly recommend it.
