Morgens im beheizten Pool in den Tag zu starten, mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Berge, Golfplatz in der Nähe, was möchte man mehr? Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit, wenn man noch nicht da war, ein Muss in Banff!"

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. The local bus pass was a nice perk. The on-site restaurant, while it had good food and a nice vibe - our waiter was not great. He basically disappeared. Our food was delivered by another staff. We didn’t have any silverware and had to go find it ourselves. He checked back in and was off to replace the lantern on our outside table, but never came back. We ended up tracking down the hostess in order to get our check."

"We stayed at the hotel with our two toddlers. While the hotel and room were clean, we experienced several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The bed repeatedly slid on the frame because it did not seem to have enough stability. The coffee maker also did not work properly and sprayed coffee everywhere when we tried to use it. In addition, the TV connection was not working. The hotel is in a convenient location, but given the price, we expected a better overall experience and...

"The check in was not smooth , the door keys did not work. There is no phone in the room , you need to go all the way to the reception to talk to them. The staff at the desk was not very helpful. There is nobody available to help after 11 pm at the front desk. The room was not clean at all , there was leftover food in the fridge. One of the girls at the reception who sent someone to clean up and tidy the room the next day.The mattresses were terrible , not comfrotable at all. Overall it was not...

"Staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is getting dated style wise, but room was comfortable, clean and cool views. We travelled with our dog, and there was no outdoor space. It was concrete everywhere. Nothing they can fix, but just a tip for others. It was highly inconvenient trying to find space for her."
