Only 3 elevators were working so long lineups most of the day. Great being in the mall. Wish there was a straight connection to the wave pool had to walk through the mall wet. I would stay again.

Stayed in the western theme room. Overall cleanliness was good. Room is fun with the bunk bed for the kid. Feels like the place needs some upgrades from the '90's, though. Shower was lukewarm and the coffee machine didnt work. It was an average stay for a fair bit of money.

Spacious, well appointed room has comfortable beds. Great location attached to West Edmonton Mall. Perfect for staycation with family. No outdoor plugs for cars in winter. Must pay to use valet and hope they have a very limited plug in spot available. Be prepared to jump start car in morning if it’s a very cold night.
