Lovely hotel, a bit out of the centre which we wanted to be away from the crowds but easily accessible to everywhere you want to go by metro, and walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean and the space was bright and airy. Would definitely recommend. Only one downside was there was no shower head hook, so you had to hold the shower head or get into the bath. Apart from that a wonderful stay.

Well located hotel convenient to metro stop with some mini markets as well as some nice bars/restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fresh and adequate for our stay. We stayed in Room 501( just opposite the lift, though no problem with noise, and could get a good night's rest). The room very clean and comfortable with extra large bed and tastefully decorated with a nice Parisienne vibe.

The breakfast was wonderful and the room was always made up when we returned. But what really stood out was the fantastic shower!
The hotel was close to the metro, which is good, and there are plenty of places to eat right next door.

No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one.

Staff is excellent. The only issue is that there are not many eating places nearby so it’s either you walk with your food or use Uber Eats which is quite reasonable.
